E-mail and SMS reminders, templates and reviews.
- How do I send automatic appointment reminder e-mails?In Settings → Notifications turn on the reminder; it is sent 24 hours before the appointment and links to the booking. For SMS reminders you can choose the hours.
- Why didn't my customer get the confirmation e-mail?Most often it is in spam or the address has a typo. Correct the address in the customer detail and check Settings → Notifications.
- How do I send SMS appointment reminders?In Settings → SMS reminders connect your own BulkGate or seven.io account. You pay them directly for SMS; Resovu adds nothing. Starter plan and up.
- How do I edit the e-mails customers receive?In Settings → Email template edit the texts and insert variables such as name, time and service.
- How do I get more Google reviews?After each visit Resovu sends a review request with a link to your Google profile. Turn it on in Settings → Reviews; see the ratings in Reviews.
