How do I create a class or event for several people?

In Events create a session with a capacity and make it repeat if you like. Customers book the free places; several places in one booking need group bookings turned on in Settings → Booking (Starter plan and up).

How to do it

1. Open Events and create a new session.
2. Choose the service, date, time and capacity.
3. For regular classes set it to repeat.
4. Save – customers book the free places.

Tips and common mistakes

• Customers can book several places in one booking if you turn on group bookings in Settings → Booking (Starter plan and up).
• When a class is full, a waitlist helps (Professional plan and up).
