How do I sync Airbnb and Booking.com calendars?

Copy the iCal export link from each portal into the unit's Calendars tab in Resovu, then paste the Resovu link back into each portal. Availability is checked every 15 minutes and right before every direct booking.

How to do it

1. On Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo find the calendar export (iCal) link for the listing.
2. In Resovu open the unit → Calendars and paste the link.
3. Copy the Resovu link from the same tab and add it on the portal as an imported calendar.
4. Repeat for each portal and each unit.

Tips and common mistakes

• Availability is read every 15 minutes and again right before each direct booking.
• Resovu is not a channel manager – prices and listing texts stay on the portals.

Why it matters

Two-way sync prevents double bookings and lets you take commission-free direct bookings next to the portals.
