- AccommodationHow do I sync Airbnb and Booking.com calendars?Copy the iCal export link from each portal into the unit's Calendars tab in Resovu, then paste the Resovu link back into each portal. Availability is checked every 15 minutes and right before every direct booking.
- AccommodationWhy didn't an Airbnb or Booking.com booking show up?Resovu reads calendars every 15 minutes, and the portals refresh their own calendars with a delay. Check that the correct iCal link is in the unit and that the Resovu link is added on the portal.
- AccommodationHow do I set nightly prices, seasons and minimum stay?In the unit → Prices & seasons set the nightly and weekend price and seasons with their own price and minimum nights. Base minimum nights and arrival/departure days are on the Rules tab.
- AccommodationHow do I take a deposit and the balance for a stay?In the unit set the deposit as a percentage and the balance due X days before arrival. The guest pays by card or payment link – or by bank transfer with a QR code if you turn on Deposit by bank transfer.
- AccommodationHow does a refundable damage deposit work?Turn on the damage deposit in the unit. The amount is only held on the guest's card and released after checkout unless you capture it. Accommodation Professional plan.
- AccommodationHow do I approve booking requests manually?Turn on approval in the unit. The guest sends a request without paying, and you accept or decline it in Bookings within 24 hours.
- AccommodationHow do I offer a discounted non-refundable rate?Enter a non-refundable discount in the unit. Guests who choose it pay the full price by card up front and get no refund on cancellation.
- AccommodationHow do I prepare the tourist tax report?Go to Accommodation → Tourist tax, choose the period and download the report, calculated by the rate and exemptions set in each unit.
- AccommodationHow do I keep a guest register online?Turn on online check-in in the unit. Guests fill in their details via a link, and you download the guest register and the files for the authorities.
- AccommodationHow do I schedule cleaning between guests?Accommodation → Cleaning lists cleanings by checkout. In the paid accommodation plans cleaners get their own link with notifications about new cleanings.
- AccommodationHow do I create statements for property owners?In Accommodation → Owners & statements assign units to owners and download a statement for any period (Accommodation Professional plan).
- AccommodationCan I use dynamic pricing from PriceLabs?Yes. Add your own PriceLabs API key in the unit. Nightly prices then come from PriceLabs, while your other rules stay in Resovu.
- AccommodationHow do I prevent double bookings for my rental?Sync every portal both ways via iCal. Resovu reads availability from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo every 15 minutes and again right before each direct booking.
- AccommodationHow do I report foreign guests to Ubyport (Czech Republic)?Guests complete online check-in; on the Accommodation page click Guest register and download Ubyport – foreign guests (file), then upload it to the foreign police portal within 3 working days of arrival.
- AccommodationHow do I set the tourist tax rate and exemptions?In the unit → Fees & tax enter the rate per person per night, the exemption age and an optional maximum number of nights. Guests see the tax separately and pay it on site.
- AccommodationHow does online guest check-in work?Turn on online check-in in the unit (in supported countries). After booking, the guest gets a link and fills in the details the law requires; you download the register or the file for the authorities.
- AccommodationHow do I set house rules guests must accept?Open the unit → Basics → House rules, set smoking, parties, quiet hours and pets and add your own under Other rules. Guests accept them before paying and the wording is saved with the booking.
