How do I translate my services and profile into other languages?

Open what you want to translate – a service, the public profile, a form field, a staff member, a location or a unit – expand the Translations box, pick a language, fill in the fields and save. Customers then see their language.

How to do it

  1. In Settings → Appearance check the Interface language: it is the language of your original texts.

  2. Open the item: Services → Edit, Settings → Public profile, Form fields, Staff → Edit, Locations, or Accommodation → unit → Basics.

  3. Click Translations under the texts to expand it.

  4. Pick a language tab and type the translation of each field.

  5. Repeat for other languages; the badge shows how many are translated, e.g. Translated: 2 of 8.

  6. Save the item.

  7. Open the booking page, switch the language and check the texts.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Translatable: service name, description and category; profile description; form field label, placeholder and help text; staff bio; location name; unit name, description, arrival instructions and house rules.
  • An empty field shows the original, so you can translate only your most important languages.
  • Nothing is translated automatically – customers see exactly what you type.
  • Customer emails also use the translated service and location names.

Why it matters

Foreign customers understand what they are booking and need not ask by phone or email.
