How do I prevent double bookings for my rental?

Sync every portal both ways via iCal. Resovu reads availability from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo every 15 minutes and again right before each direct booking.

How to do it

1. For each unit, sync the Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars via iCal (unit → Calendars).
2. Add the Resovu link on each portal so they see your direct bookings.
3. Set preparation days between stays in the unit if you need time for cleaning.

Tips and common mistakes

• Resovu reads calendars every 15 minutes and again right before each direct booking.
• Portals refresh with a delay – in high season consider limiting last-minute bookings on the portals.

Why it matters

A double booking costs money and reviews. Synced calendars all but eliminate it.
