How do I report foreign guests to Ubyport (Czech Republic)?

Guests complete online check-in; on the Accommodation page click Guest register and download Ubyport – foreign guests (file), then upload it to the foreign police portal within 3 working days of arrival.

How to do it

1. Turn on online check-in in the unit and fill in the facility details from Ubyport (IDUB, abbreviation, address).
2. Guests fill in their details via the link in their e-mail.
3. On the Accommodation page click Guest register and download Ubyport – foreign guests (file).
4. Upload the file to the Ubyport portal.

Tips and common mistakes

• EU citizens must be reported too, within 3 working days of arrival.
• Check the guest's ID document on arrival.
