How do I separate payments for EET 2.0 in Resovu?
Resovu does not register sales, but for each booking it tells an online payment (card through Resovu, transfer in advance) from an on-site one (cash, card on a terminal). You find on-site payments in Reports and the CSV export and reconcile them with your till or the MOJE eet app.
EET 2.0 applies in the Czech Republic from 1 January 2027 and, according to the Financial Administration, covers only payments taken in person. What is registered, the EET OFF regime, the MOJE eet app and the dates are explained on a separate page (in Czech).

- Check in Settings → Payment methods which methods you offer. Cash and Card on-site are on-site payments; Card online and Bank transfer are online payments.
- The payment method is saved with the booking as the customer chose it when booking. For a manual booking you choose it yourself – for a payment at your premises pick Cash or Card on-site.
- Open Reports and choose the period. The Payment column shows online or on site for each booking.
- To reconcile, download the CSV export: in Reports it has the column “Payment: online / on site”, the bookings export has the column Payment Channel (online / on_site).
- Compare on-site payments with your till or MOJE eet. That is where you register them – Resovu does not send them to the Financial Administration.
Tips and common mistakes
- Balance after an online deposit: the booking is labelled by its deposit (online), but a balance paid at your premises in cash or by card is an on-site payment – register it in your till.
- Resovu cannot tell a QR payment made at your premises from a transfer in advance. Do not count it as an online payment.
- Reports and the CSV export are available if your plan includes them.
Frequently asked questions
Does Resovu register sales for me?
No. Resovu does not register sales, sends nothing to the Financial Administration and does not replace a till. It only shows which payments were online and which on site.
Do I have to register card payments made online through Resovu?
According to the Financial Administration only payments taken in person are registered, remote payments are not. Details are on the EET 2.0 page.
