Where do I see statistics and revenue?
Analytics shows revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, occupancy, top services and booking sources for 7, 30 or 90 days or this year. Reports gives revenue by payment method for any dates, with a CSV export. Starter plan and up.
How to do it
Open Analytics in the menu and choose the period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This year.
Read the cards – Total revenue, Total bookings, Average value, Cancellation rate, Occupancy, New vs. returning – and below them the charts, Top services and Booking sources.
For money details open Reports and set From and To.
Optional: filter by service (All services) or payment method (All payments).
Check By payment method and Booking details; the online / on site column helps you match cash and terminal payments with your till.
Click Export CSV to download every booking of the period.
Tips and common mistakes
- Both pages count bookings by the date they were created, not the date of the appointment.
- Revenue is money actually kept: paid bookings minus refunds. A paid booking cancelled without a refund counts, and so do kept deposits.
- Each currency is totalled separately; an indicative total uses the ÄŚNB rate, and you choose the Chart currency.
- The table shows the first 500 bookings; the totals and the export include all of them.
Why it matters
You see which services earn the most and how many bookings get cancelled, and you have a list to check against your till.
Frequently asked questions
Is the report an accounting document?
No. Reports is a summary for your own records, not an accounting or tax document.
Who can see the statistics?
Analytics is open to owners, admins and read-only users, Reports to owners and admins. Staff members see neither.
