How do I change prices of several units at once?
On the Accommodation page under Bulk price change click Change prices, tick the properties, enter the percentage and choose whether weekend prices, season prices and fees change too. Prices are rounded to whole numbers.
How to do it
Open Accommodation and find Bulk price change below the units.
Click Change prices.
Under Properties tick the units to change.
Enter Change by, e.g. 10 for 10% more or −15 for 15% less.
Tick Including weekend prices, Including season prices or Including fees as needed.
Click Change prices by …% and check the confirmation and the new price per night in a unit.
Tips and common mistakes
- Example: 1,190 per night +10% = 1,309.
- Unset prices stay unset; extras, price by booking time and PriceLabs prices are not changed.
- There is no undo. Going back with the opposite percentage may differ slightly because of rounding – note the old prices first.
Why it matters
A yearly price increase or a seasonal cut takes one step instead of editing every unit.
Frequently asked questions
Does it change existing bookings?
No, confirmed bookings keep their price; new prices apply to new bookings.
Which fees change with Including fees?
Cleaning, the extra guest fee and the pet fee, where they are set.
