How do I limit minimum stay, advance notice and how far ahead guests book?
In Accommodation → the unit → Rules set Min. nights, Max. nights, Advance notice (days), How far ahead (days), Preparation days between stays, Sell short gaps and the allowed arrival and departure days. Seasons can have their own minimum.
How to do it
Open Accommodation → the unit → Rules.
Set Min. nights and Max. nights.
Set Advance notice (days); 0 allows booking for today.
Set How far ahead (days), e.g. 365 for one year.
Optional: Preparation days between stays and Sell short gaps.
Choose Allowed arrival days and Allowed departure days (any day or selected days only). Click Save.
On the booking page check that a too short stay or too early date cannot be selected.
Tips and common mistakes
- Sell short gaps: with a minimum of 3 nights, a free 2-night gap can still be booked for exactly those 2 nights.
- Preparation days block days before and after each stay but are not added up for back-to-back stays.
- A season's own Min. nights and arrival days (Prices & seasons) apply instead of these in that period.
Why it matters
Rules keep out bookings you cannot handle, while gap selling fills the short gaps between stays.

Can I stop same-day bookings?
Yes, set Advance notice to 1 or more days.
Do these rules also apply on Airbnb and Booking.com?
No, they apply to direct bookings in Resovu. Set the portals' own rules there.
