How do I see my stays in Outlook, Apple or Google Calendar?

In Settings β†’ Calendars copy the Outlook / iCal feed link and add it to your calendar as a subscription from the internet. It shows all upcoming stays in all units, one-way and read-only. Airbnb and Booking.com sync is set up on each unit. Accommodation Starter plan and up.

How to do it

  1. Open Settings β†’ Calendars.

  2. Under Outlook / iCal feed click Copy. (If there is no link yet, click Generate link first.)

  3. In Outlook, Apple Calendar or Google Calendar add a new calendar from a URL (a subscription from the internet) and paste the link.

  4. Check it: upcoming stays appear as β€œunit β€” guest name” events from arrival to departure.

Tips and common mistakes

  • An owner's or admin's feed contains the stays of all units. The link is personal – don't add it to a public calendar, it contains guest names.
  • Bookings still pending (e.g. a request to book) show as tentative; cancelled stays disappear from the feed.
  • Dates from Airbnb, Booking.com and blocked nights are not in this feed. To see them, use the unit's link Full calendar (for Google or Apple Calendar) in Accommodation β†’ the unit β†’ Calendars.
  • Your calendar app decides how often it refreshes a subscribed link, so a new stay can show up with a delay.

Why it matters

Arrivals and departures appear in the calendar you already use, without logging in to the admin.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect Google Calendar for accommodation?

Not with the Connect Google Calendar button – for accommodation, Settings β†’ Calendars shows only the Outlook / iCal feed. Add that link in Google Calendar as a calendar from a URL (step 3), or use the unit's Full calendar link. Google events do not block nights.

Does an event in my calendar block a night in Resovu?

No, the feed is one-way. Block nights on the unit (Blocked dates) or by connecting a portal calendar (Accommodation β†’ the unit β†’ Calendars).
